we provide customized service to meet any
special requests or needs you may have. PARTNERS
will service your account all year round,
7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Partners Executive Transportation offers
a variety of vehicles to meet your corporate
or personal needs. All vehicles are black
in color.
PARTNERS carrys $1,000,000.00 (+) insurance
coverage with an additional $200,000.00
in personal injury protection. All of our
chauffeurs dress in suits, open doors for
clients, speak fluent English and have
GPS navigation systems. Our chauffeurs
are chosen for their enthusiasm and pleasant
personality and are trained to give our
clients courteous and efficient service,
which you can rely on
Quality Control
PARTNERS EXECUTIVE TRANSPORTATION has a
rigorous Quality Control program in place. It’s
premise is to ensure that your ride experience,
with us, meets our highest standards.
 Our Quality Control vehicle, which is
highly identifiable by the PARTNERS logo,
is utilized and supervised under the direction
of our Fleet Manager. This vehicle is used
by our Fleet Department personnel as a
means to monitor and spot check the physical
appearance of our chauffeurs, as well as
their vehicles. In addition to daily reports
concerning the results of the spot checks
throughout Manhattan we all have a monthly
inspection at our headquarters, where various
team members perform vehicle inspections.
If any infraction is discovered and reported
upon we issue a time limit for said infraction
to be corrected and a follow up inspection
occurs. In the event that repairs
were not made the vehicle is put off the
air, can no longer receive work from us,
until the said infraction is corrected.
We have also instituted
a unique peer to peer, chauffeur to chauffeur
inspection program. These inspections
are conducted by several of our more senior,
highly qualified, most experienced chauffeurs. These
chauffeurs have impeccable
records, along with excellent work ethics
and beautifully kept vehicles. They have
been hand- picked by our upper management
team and they’ve been assigned to
inspect vehicles whenever they are on multi-vehicle
jobs. This works well for us as it
frees our Fleet Department personnel to
inspect elsewhere. They too offer
daily reports.
