EXECUTIVE TRANSPORTATION was founded in 1998.
The general philosophy was to incorporate
a company that would provide an uncompromising
level of service, setting us apart from our
competitors. We began by buying eight new
Mercedes Benz automobiles and screening many
chauffeurs until we were satisfied that we
had the best. Over the next four years,
PARTNERS grew tremendously. However, like
many other New York businesses, the events
of 9/11 had a profound impact. We were
forced to go back to the drawing board to
build our business back up and it was at
that point we committed ourselves to taking
our company to a higher level.
Today, PARTNERS has a fleet of over 220
vehicles. We service over 1,000 corporate
accounts, as well as being the official
ground transportation service for “THE
NEW YORK METS”. In order
to maintain a superior level of service
through our growth, we hire the best in
the industry including dispatchers, operators,
salespeople, managers, and other experienced
professionals. The members of our management
team have a combined 110 years of experience
in the ground transportation industry.

limited to having a car arrive on time,
we make it our business to address the
needs of our clients to ensure that their

worry-free.

WE ARE MEMBE S OF:
NLA – National Limousine Association was founded in 1985
as a voluntary, non-profit, tax-exempt association dedicated to represent and
further the interest of its members in the ground transportation industry. It
includes, local, state, national and international firms desiring to advance
and improve the standards
and interests of all
members.
LBOA – Luxury Base Operators Association – this
organization was established in 2008 principally by Partners Executive Transportation
and is modeled after the NLA. Its purpose is to enable local luxury service providers
governed by New York City Taxi & Limousines commission to have a voice
and
promote the unique
needs and requirements for luxury operators.
Green Ride Global – this firm provides direct oversight
of all of Partners Executive Transportation green initiatives. This is a “third
party, verified environmental sustainability program” and provides reports
and data to our clients concerning Scope 3 Greenhouse Gas emissions.
ISO 14001 - Environmental Management System Standard - These
internationally accepted standards will identify and control our environmental
impact of services and to improve our performance. This is a systematic approach
to setting our environmental objectives, monitor and demonstrate our performance.
This framework is a strategic approach to Partners Executive Transportation total
environmental policy, plans and actions. The ISO 14001 provides generic requirements,
a common reference, and continual improvements. These standards demand objective
evidence, which can be audited that the management system is operating effectively
and in full compliance with all internal standards.
US - EPA Climate Leaders Partnership -
A voluntary program that challenges companies
to set an aggressive corporate-wide greenhouse
gas (GHG) emissions reduction goal. Program
participants perform an annual inventory
of their GHG emissions to track progress
towards their reduction goal.
At PARTNERS, our chauffeurs are meticulously
picked through our exclusive screening
process. New candidates must have
5 years prior experience and demonstrate
that they are qualified to join our fleet. First
a background check is performed on all
new applicants to confirm that they have
a good work ethic in companies they were
working with prior to PARTNERS. Their licenses
(NYS, TLC) are also run along with a credit
check. Then they must complete a
rigorous one-week training course, which
covers everything from geography to customer
etiquette. Upon completion of the
course all potential chauffeurs are given
an exam, which they must pass to join PARTNERS.
Once selected, the new chauffeurs are
expected to operate under PARTNERS strict
guidelines. To further ensure that our
chauffeurs are operating within PARTNERS
policies, our Quality Control Division
of our Fleet department performs random
spot checks on a daily basis. Upon
inspection, chauffeurs as well as vehicles
must comply with PARTNERS’ operational
policies. All of this takes place
in order to deliver to you the finest most
reliable ride.

coverage with an additional $200,000.00
in personal injury protection. All of our
chauffeurs dress in suits, open doors for
clients, speak fluent English and have
GPS navigation systems. Our chauffeurs

personality and are trained to give our
clients courteous and efficient service,
which you can rely on.
