To make your job easier we have our Quality control vehicles designated as a mobile office. This is a full operational mobile office with a dispatcher, event coordinator, and full lap top computer control system, which is directly integrated with our main office operation.

You will have these services on site at the actual arrival venue an additional staff at the drop off destination. This ensures that on the spot changes will be made with the full support and control of our operations office.

We co-locate our mobile office with your coordinator so that direct and immediate contact is accomplished eliminating multiple contacts and avoiding any miss communications.

Rates for these services vary based on location, number of meeting venue, durations of services, number of passengers, type of vehicles and number of staff/coordinators needed. We can package such services into one total price structure or per vehicle/time requirements.
